With these silicone lolly moulds, you can make your own lollies and small sweets at home. Fill the mould with fruit purée, fresh juice, yoghurt or melted dark chocolate, insert the sticks and leave the mixture to set. This way, you decide exactly which ingredients go into the treat and how much sweetness it contains.

The moulds come in various shapes, from animals and woodland creatures to fruit, sea creatures, a farm theme and Christmas shapes. There are also round moulds in two versions and loose paper sticks in packs of a hundred. Handy for treats at school, birthdays, children's parties or a baking afternoon with the whole family.

For natural colour, use beetroot juice for pink, turmeric for yellow or blueberry for purple. If you prefer to work without granulated sugar, you can use a sugar-free sweetener instead. Because you choose the filling yourself, it's also easy to take a lactose, gluten or nut allergy into account.

Features

  • Material: food-safe silicone, BPA-free
  • Version: flexible, reusable moulds in multiple shapes
  • Suitable for: fruit purée, juice, yoghurt, smoothie, dark chocolate and gelatine
  • Preparation: suitable for fridge and freezer
  • Small portions, so portion size stays naturally limited
  • Easy to wash and use again and again

Fillings with a lot of moisture, such as fruit and yoghurt, belong in the freezer and need around four to six hours. Chocolate, on the other hand, sets in the fridge in twenty to thirty minutes; don't put chocolate in the freezer, as this causes condensation and white marks after thawing. Leave a frozen lolly outside the freezer for one to two minutes, then push it out of the mould from the bottom, so it stays intact. Place the filled mould on a chopping board or baking tray before moving it, as silicone flexes.
